Asparagus Community Theatre Archives Project

As part of the "Online" Archives Project, begun 2010, by Geoff White, all members past & present are invited to contribute. A huge amount of work has been done by Louise Everest prior to this and it will be included here as time permits. Thanks to Louise and to the Board for approving the project (AGM, 2011/09/07)

Send by e-mail, or suitable alternative, to the webmaster any and all pix, scans of or lists of casts & crews of plays past, any associated images, scans of programs, photos from production, parties, meetings, anecdotes (with author's namesand dates if possible) to:

Subject to Board approval, all relevant material will be included in the archive. Nothing scurrilous, the intent is to preserve the memories of past productions and to honour the achievements and memories of our players, production crews and members.

Electronic submissions are preferred. I don't want to type out reams of cast/crew lists. You are welcome to do that and submit it however. :) Any personal pix should be scanned and the scans sent: .jpg or .bmp format preferred.Nothing will be returned. Please credit all images and identify people in the pix.

Suggestions are welcome. Careful though, because any large project may become your baby!
